Returns and refunds

Every WILDRUTE tee is printed to order, just for you. For this reason we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or if you ordered the wrong size. Please check our size guide before ordering.

Damaged, defective or wrong item: if your tee arrives damaged, with a printing defect, or in a different size or design than the one you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem. We will send you a free replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping. You do not need to send the item back.

Lost orders: if your tracking shows no movement for 15 business days, contact us and we will send a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
