Terms of Service

These terms apply to every purchase made on the WILDRUTE online store. By placing an order you accept them.

1. Who we are. WILDRUTE is an online clothing brand based in Alicante, Spain. Contact: davidrubiogadea@hotmail.com

2. Products. Our tees are printed to order. Colours on screen may look slightly different from the real product. Measurements are approximate and may vary by 2 to 5 cm.

3. Prices and payment. Prices are shown in the currency of your market and include the price of the product. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments.

4. Orders. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error or if we suspect fraud. In that case you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds. See our Shipping Policy and our Returns and Refunds Policy.

6. Intellectual property. The WILDRUTE name, logo, designs, texts and images on this site belong to WILDRUTE and may not be used without permission.

7. Liability. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law.

8. Privacy. Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes. We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page applies to each order on the date it is placed.
